导入和导出较大SQL数据库文件

最近帮一个朋友做网站搬家，文件这方面还是很好搞得，改一些config就行了。但是，数据库这方面确实让我很纠结。 我进入PhpMyAdmin，准备导出SQL。我一看，顿时吓了一跳。光论坛数据库就400MB，里面会员上十万。我一点导出执行，就显示白屏。无法导出。 回头我问个朋友，朋友说导入容易。可以先把SQL文件传上去，然...
